Challenge My Goals

Recently, one of the ladies in my BackyardBootCampVIP told me that any time she goes back and does one of the bodyweight workouts I give them (to add on the weekend)…it still works! She feels that by adding this extra day really helps her body in a way that she “feels it.” She can tell its working because it fits perfectly with what we’re doing through the week, but it challenges her differently.

Ahh. Challenges her differently.

That’s the key to the next level of you.

I’d like to offer you a “Challenge My Goals” strategy session for only $87. Peanuts, I know, … Continue Reading

Let’s Celebrate!

Well, I love success stories. I love when clients come to me and say those little points of celebration that happen that they didn’t even expect.

For instance, one of my newest clients said that she asked her husband if he had adjusted the seat back in the car, because it wasn’t in “the right place” for her anymore. He had not. Then she figured out, it’s because we’ve been targeting improved posture for her…and it’s working! Better posture actually meant she could put the seat back more upright!

While I’ve been doing this type of coaching (specifically) for the past 4 years, it hasn’t been until very recently that I’ve seen some “well-known” online marketers and entrepreneurs talk about getting fit, getting healthy, or just paying more attention to their health and fitness. Now I’m not sure what has sparked all of this (I’d love to say that it’s some of my tweets and posts!), but the concept of health, wellness and fitness is nothing new.

Hello?!

Admittedly, I’ve been somewhat frustrated recently by the response I’ve gotten from certain people who feel that because they can “keep up with … Continue Reading

Our Mindset Affects Our Body

How does the thought of wellness fit into your overall Vision for your lifestyle?

As an Executive Wellness Coach, I tell people that “Training the mind to train the body” (My tagline.), is at the very heart of what we’re doing. What that means is, that training yourself to have a new thought process, a new mindset, will absolutely change what your body does:

  • Your amount of flexibility.
  • Your ability to balance.
  • Your ability to overcome your own objections.
  • Your ability to be successful with … Continue Reading
