  I just wanted to thank you for the great job you did in getting me into great shape. As you know, I started out a strapping 184 lb. weakling and in 6 months was transformed into a 185 lb. fit guy! I feel so much better and stronger.
  
  My first goal was to get in shape to ski so I wouldn’t hurt my back. My son and his fiancé are here this weekend and recalled how I skied circles around them and that they couldn’t keep up! Nice to know the ‘old man’ can still take them on. And by the way, I ‘killed’ my other son in golf this past weekend! I must say, as a 61 year old, I felt pretty good standing next to these young guys half my age!!
  
  (One of my golf buddies asked what I do to keep my ‘flat belly.’)
